Candidates should demonstrate outstanding academic performance and be enrolled in relevant disciplines such as Civil and Environmental Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mathematics, and Ocean Science and Technology. We welcome undergraduate and postgraduate students who are interested in enrolling in the 2027/2028 Master’s or Doctoral programmes at the University of Macau.
Q2:How do I submit an application? When is the application deadline?
Applicants must complete the online registration by May 25, 2026 (the specific deadline is subject to the official website announcement) through one of the following methods: click the registration link on the official website or scan the QR code on the event poster, then fill in the required information and upload necessary documents (including student ID, academic transcripts, and resume/CV, etc.).
Q3:When will the admission results of the summer camp be announced?
The admission results for the Summer Camp will be announced between June 8 and June 10, 2026. Selected students will receive a confirmation email containing a link, through which they must upload either a valid Macau entry visa (or visa application receipt) and provide proof of travel insurance for Macau by June 20 to confirm their participation. Failure to complete these requirements by the deadline will be considered as forfeiture of participation.
Q4:Is there a fee for the summer camp?
Participation in this Summer Camp is free of charge (no registration fee required). The laboratory will provide subsidies (Subject to terms and conditions) covering accommodation fee at the University of Macau Guest House (2 participants share 1 Twin room) during the program period, provide partial meals, and competitive application for Travel Grant (Limited quota available, detailed guidelines will be provided upon admission); Participants are responsible for round-trip transportation costs to Macau, all expenses related to early arrival or extended stays arrangements, all costs incurred during free time activities, the fees for obtaining valid travel documents and visas required for Macau entry, as well as the mandatory travel insurance for entering Macau.
Q5:Is it possible to arrive early or leave late?
Under normal circumstances, participants are advised not to arrive early or depart late. If you need to arrive early or depart late, you shall bear all related costs for the early arrival or late departure from Macau. Due to limited resources, IOTSC only accepts content submitted at the time and does not accept supplementary submissions or any modifications. Students are advised to upload content with caution.
Q7:After the selected students confirm their participation in the summer camp, can they withdraw?
Due to limited quota, if participants fail to provide proper and sufficient proof after confirmation, it will be recorded and will affect students’ future applications at the University of Macau or other exchange activities.
